Mary's Testimony
A WORD FROM MARY....

When I first learned about faith, I discovered the great power of healing through the word of God,  “ Isaiah 53:5 But
he was wounded for our transgressions he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon
him; and with his stripes we were healed.”

I’m about to share with you how I made it through the tough years of waiting for my miracle.  The Lord chose to heal
me through faith in His word, “it was not an instant miracle”.

In 1982 Four doctors from different hospitals had sent me home to die, I had become very sick and very weak, I
didn’t have the strength to sit up or walk, these doctors told my husband to take me home, to enjoy my children
because I would be dead within a period of two months.  I didn't know about God's healing power, but I had a
mother who did, and that's the reason that you're reading about my testimony, God's word is true and powerful, I
learned to speak positive about my situation according to the word of God.  I learned to enjoy spending time
reading the word of God.  I declared this on a daily basis, (this too shall pass, if God said it I believed it, so I
declared by faith that I was healed by the stripes of Jesus, I declared that joy cometh in the morning and every
morning I expected my total recovery,)    Until one blessed morning I got up feeling good, with no pain in my body
and I haven’t stopped praising the Lord since, so I learned that God brought me through the waters and through
the fire but he didn’t leave me in the water nor in the fire, it was a process, here I am today telling you, this is how I
made it by praying, believing, sometimes fasting and waiting, and I give God all the glory for ever.

Well 27 years have past, and I’m still here, still healed Glory be to God!!! I Never took any kind of medication, I
decided to trust on the Lord.

Two years after I was healed I married who is now my husband, and because I had been a single mother I knew of
the hardships women go through raising their children without their daddy or his financial support) In 1990 just
before Christmas my husband and I had decided not to buy each other a gift but instead (we bought all that takes
to cook a  good Thanksgiving dinner) for single mothers,  fifteen needy families were blessed with food, most of
them were single mothers, and this is how we started helping single parents with the basics every Christmas.

Today we don't only give them groceries, we also help them with household items, hygiene products and clothes.
Our outreach is in the West Dallas area, and we are seeing people getting saved in our office often.

We're in 2008 and all these years have past, and the Lord lifts up my head every morning, I live one day at a time
knowing that I shouldn't be here.  The Lord has blessed me with a good man, I haven't said much about him, but he
has a generous heart to give, he gives of his time, strength, talents and money for the ministry that the Lord has
given us, the man I'm proud to call my husband Noe, he is self employed and supports the financial needs for this
ministry.

I’m serving the Lord by serving others.  I believe that God brought me through some strange circumstances to train
me, He put a message in me, and I’m helping others by what I've learned as I went through it myself.

I also learned that life is a process He’s taking me somewhere, and I praise God for his goodness and mercy.
I really believe that the Lord had chosen someone else for this job, but for whatever reason that person didn't do it,
and I was the second choice, and I'm thankful to the Lord for saving me, and for healing me, and one day I will see
Jesus face to face, I will see my Lord and my king, when no man could heal me He saw me, He picked me up from
the death bed, and chose to use me.  And I'm forever grateful.

If you are facing the impossible, you have an opportunity to look within you for your own measure of faith and start
using it.  Determine today that you will use your Real Bible-faith it (sees the invisible, believes the incredible, and
receives the impossible-and that force has the ability to change outward circumstances) Hebrews 11:1 experience
greater joy in this life, simply by exercising the force of faith. *Remember with God all things are possible*

Jesus died that you and I might live.  John 3:16
